Returns & Exchanges Policy

Overview

At Moldeate Med, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.


Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • New, unused, and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.


Exchange Window

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Requests outside this period will not be processed

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Service team
  2. Receive exchange instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene and regulatory standards, items that do not meet the above conditions cannot be exchanged.


Manufacturing Defects

If your item has a defect:

  • Contact us before use
  • Report within 30 days of delivery

We will review the case and provide a solution.
